Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Lagariya Labs. By accessing our website or commissioning our enterprise software engineering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Engineering Scope & Sprint Milestones

All custom enterprise software engineering engagements (high-throughput workflow engines, multimodal vision OCR pipelines, distributed mobile architectures, and API integrations) are governed by a specific, bilaterally executed Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Charter. The charter defines deliverables, technical specifications, latency SLAs, delivery timelines, and acceptance criteria. Scope additions or modifications require formal written change orders approved by both parties.

2. Enterprise Milestone Escrow & Payment Schedule

Unless explicitly negotiated otherwise under an enterprise master services agreement, our standard sprint engagements operate on a transparent 50/50 milestone schedule:

  • 50% Project Kickoff Milestone: Invoiced upon mutual SOW execution to allocate dedicated engineering sprint bandwidth and infrastructure provisioning.
  • 50% Production Deployment & Verification Milestone: Invoiced upon staging sign-off and end-to-end integration verification, prior to live DNS cutover, production credential handoff, and complete source code repository transfer.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership & Source Code Handoff

Upon settlement of final milestone invoices, complete and unencumbered ownership of all custom source code, architecture configurations, database schemas, and proprietary pipeline logic transfers exclusively to the Client. Lagariya Labs retains zero proprietary locks, royalties, or licensing claims. We retain the right to reference non-confidential architectural topologies in case studies unless restricted by an active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality (NDA)

We treat all client business logic, operational metrics, API credentials, customer datasets, and workflow structures as strictly confidential. A standard institutional Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to receiving production credentials or detailed operational data. Confidential obligations survive termination of the engineering engagement indefinitely.

5. Zero PII Retention Guarantee (AI & Vision Pipelines)

All document intake pipelines, multimodal OCR engines (including passport MRZ, visa, and national ID processing), and webhook processors engineered by Lagariya Labs operate under strict zero-retention parameters. Ingested documents are held ephemerally in-memory (RAM) solely for the duration of extraction (< 2 seconds) and purged immediately upon transmission to the client's secured endpoint. No personal identifiable information (PII) is stored or retained on intermediate servers.

6. Hypercare & Sprint Bandwidth Retainers

Every dedicated automation sprint includes 30 days of hypercare support covering critical defects, performance regressions, and deployment stabilization. Ongoing multi-branch scaling, latency monitoring, and continuous systems evolution are supported through our dedicated Sprint Bandwidth Retainer ($3,500 – $6,000/mo).

7. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Platforms

Lagariya Labs engineers resilient, fault-tolerant software with automated fallbacks. However, we are not liable for downtime, breaking API changes, or operational interruptions caused by external upstream service providers (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API outages, Meta platform policy updates, cloud infrastructure hyperscalers, or third-party government visa portal downtimes).

8. Governing Law & International Arbitration

These Terms and any project charter shall be construed in accordance with international commercial principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be settled amicably via senior executive consultation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be finally resolved through international commercial arbitration seated under the rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Arbitration Centre or equivalent recognized international tribunal, conducted in the English language.
